Around（以下「運営者」）は、PhotoAround（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、次のとおり定めます。

1. 取得する情報

• 利用状況: 広告の表示・クリック・読み込み失敗などのイベント(広告ユニット、広告ネットワーク名、収益額を含む)、アプリのインスタンスID、端末・OSの情報(Firebase Analytics)、画面の閲覧(Google Analytics)
• 不具合の情報: クラッシュ・エラーの記録、端末・OSの情報(Firebase Crashlytics)
• 広告関連: 広告の事業者が、広告ID(IDFA。iOSの「トラッキング」を許可した場合のみ)、IDFV、IPアドレス、端末情報、広告の表示・操作の記録を取得します
• 広告を消す購読: 匿名のユーザーID、購入・購読・領収書の検証情報(RevenueCat、Apple)。支払い方法の情報は受け取りません
• 設定とアップデート: 運営者の設定用のデータ(Firebase)から、アプリの設定（審査状況、広告の設定、検索用の設定など）を取得します。更新が必要なときは、匿名認証（Firebase Authentication）のうえで更新用のファイルを取得します。このとき端末内のデータは送りません
• Instagram に自分でログインして使う場合: ユーザー名とパスワードは、アプリから Instagram へ直接送信され、運営者のサーバーには送られません。ログイン後のセッション情報（Cookie、トークン、識別子など）は端末の中（キーチェーンなど）に保存されます。閲覧・いいね・フォローなどの操作は、アプリから Instagram へ直接送られます
• Tumblr に連携して使う場合: OAuth の認証情報（トークン）を端末のキーチェーンに保存し、Tumblr へ直接アクセスします。連携の戻り先（コールバック）の URL に運営者のドメインを使います
• X（旧 Twitter）: 利用者のログインは使わず、検索・投稿の取得のためにアプリが X の API へアクセスします
• 本アプリは、位置情報を使いません

端末の中だけに保存し、運営者へ送らないもの

• お気に入りなどの端末内のデータベース（写真の情報）、保存した画像・動画の写真ライブラリへの書き込み（保存専用の権限）

2. 利用目的

• SNS上の写真・動画の閲覧と、保存・リポストなどの機能の提供
• 広告の表示とその計測、広告を消す購読の管理
• 利用状況の分析、不具合の調査、アプリの維持・改善
• 利用者からのお問い合わせへの対応

3. 利用している外部サービス

本アプリは、次の外部サービスを利用します。各社が取得した情報は、各社のポリシーに従って取り扱われます。

広告は AppLovin MAX と Google AdMob を通じて配信され、これらを経由して上記の広告ネットワークが利用されることがあります（リスト内の事業者のうち、実際に使われるものは時期により異なります）。

4. 広告とトラッキングの選択

• 本アプリには広告が表示されます。広告の配信と計測のため、広告事業者が、広告ID(IDFA。iOSの「トラッキング」を許可した場合のみ)、IDFV、IPアドレス、端末情報、広告の表示・操作の記録を取得します。
• 広告を消す購読をしていない場合、iOSの「トラッキングの許可」の確認が事前の説明のあとに表示されます。許可しない場合、広告IDは使われません。ただし、広告の取得・分析・不具合の報告に必要な、広告ID以外の情報の送信は続きます。
• 許可の変更は、iOSの「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」からいつでも行えます。

5. 第三者への提供・外国への移転

運営者は、次の場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。(1) 利用者の同意がある場合、(2) 法令に基づく場合、(3) 人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要で、本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合、(4) 国の機関等の法令上の事務に協力する必要がある場合、(5) 合併その他の事業の承継に伴う場合。

上の外部サービスの事業者は、米国をはじめ日本国外にサーバーや拠点を置くことがあります。これらの事業者へ情報が送られる場合、その情報は各社のポリシーに従い、日本国外で取り扱われることがあります。また、広告の事業者は、広告の配信・計測のために独自に情報を取得・利用します。上の外部サービスへの情報の送信は、運営者がサービスの提供のために委託する形、または各事業者が自らの目的で直接取得する形で行われます。

6. 保存期間と削除

• 端末内のデータは、アプリを削除すると消えます。SNSからのログアウト機能で、保存された認証情報を消せます。
• 氏名・メールアドレスなどを登録する利用者のアカウントはありません（更新ファイルの取得に使う匿名認証の識別子を除きます）。購読の情報や分析の情報など、外部サービスが保有する情報の保管期間は、各社の方針に従います。

7. 安全管理

運営者は、取得した情報の漏えい、滅失、毀損を防ぐため、アクセスの制限やアクセス記録など、必要かつ適切な安全管理の措置を講じます。ただし、インターネットを通じた送信の完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。

8. SNSの利用規約について

SNSの閲覧・操作の機能は、各SNSの利用規約に従ってご利用ください。本アプリは各SNS運営会社とは関係のない、独立したアプリです。

9. お問い合わせ・開示・削除の請求

10. 法令の遵守と本ポリシーの変更

運営者は、個人情報の保護に関する法律その他の関係法令を守ります。本ポリシーは、必要に応じて変更することがあり、重要な変更は本ページで知らせます。

PhotoAround Privacy Policy

Around (the "Operator") sets out below how information about users is handled in PhotoAround (the "App").

1. Information we collect

• Usage: events such as ad impressions, clicks and load failures (including ad unit, ad network name and revenue amount), app instance ID, device/OS information (Firebase Analytics), and screen views (Google Analytics)
• Diagnostics: crash/error reports and device/OS information (Firebase Crashlytics)
• Advertising: ad providers collect the advertising ID (IDFA, only if you allow tracking), IDFV, IP address, device information and records of ad impressions/interactions
• Ad-removal subscription: anonymous user ID and purchase/subscription/receipt validation information (RevenueCat, Apple). We do not receive payment method details
• Configuration and updates: the App fetches settings (such as review status, ad settings and search settings) from the Operator's Firebase data. When an update is needed, it fetches an update file after anonymous authentication (Firebase Authentication). On-device data is not sent
• If you sign in to Instagram yourself: your username and password are sent directly from the App to Instagram and not to the Operator's servers. Session information after sign-in (cookies, tokens, identifiers) is stored on your device (e.g., Keychain). Actions such as browsing, liking and following are sent directly from the App to Instagram
• If you connect Tumblr: OAuth credentials (tokens) are stored in your device Keychain and the App accesses Tumblr directly. The callback URL used for the connection is on the Operator's domain
• X (formerly Twitter): your login is not used; the App accesses X's API to search and fetch posts
• The App does not use location services

Kept only on your device (not sent to us)

• The on-device database (e.g., favorites and photo information) and writing saved images/videos to your photo library (save-only permission)

2. How we use information

• Providing viewing of photos/videos on social networks and features such as saving and reposting
• Showing and measuring ads, and managing the ad-removal subscription
• Usage analysis, bug investigation, and maintaining/improving the App
• Responding to inquiries

Ads are delivered through AppLovin MAX and Google AdMob, and the ad networks above may be used through them (which ones are actually used varies over time).

4. Advertising and tracking choices

• The App shows ads. For delivery and measurement, ad providers collect the advertising ID (IDFA, only if you allow tracking in iOS), IDFV, IP address, device information, and records of ad impressions and interactions.
• If you do not have the ad-removal subscription, iOS asks whether to allow tracking after a short explanation. If you decline, the advertising ID is not used; however, information other than the advertising ID that is needed for ad requests, analytics and crash reports continues to be sent.
• You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

5. Disclosure to third parties and transfers abroad

We do not provide personal information to third parties except (1) with your consent, (2) where required by law, (3) where necessary to protect life, body or property and obtaining consent is difficult, (4) where cooperation with a public authority is legally required, or (5) in connection with a merger or business succession.

The providers listed above may operate servers or offices outside Japan, including in the United States, and information sent to them may be handled outside Japan under their policies. Advertising providers collect and use information on their own account for ad delivery and measurement. Information is sent to the services above either as processing the Operator entrusts for providing the service, or as collection by each provider directly for its own purposes.

6. Retention and deletion

• On-device data is removed when you delete the App. Signing out of each social network removes the stored credentials.
• There are no user accounts that register names or email addresses (other than the anonymous authentication identifier used to fetch update files). Retention of subscription, analytics and other information held by third-party services follows each provider's policy.

7. Security

The Operator takes necessary and appropriate measures, such as access restrictions and access logging, to prevent leakage, loss or damage of the information it holds. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Terms of social networks

Please use the social-network features in accordance with each network's terms of service. This App is independent and not affiliated with the operators of those networks.

10. Compliance and changes

The Operator complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws. This policy may be updated as necessary; material changes will be announced on this page.
