PhotoAround Lite プライバシーポリシー

Around（以下「運営者」）は、PhotoAround Lite（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、次のとおり定めます。

1. 取得する情報

• 不具合の情報: クラッシュ・エラーの記録、端末・OSの情報(Crashlytics)。Firebase の部品（分析を含む）も含まれるため、アプリのインスタンスIDや端末・OSの情報などが自動で送られることがあります
• 広告関連: 広告の事業者が、IPアドレス、端末・アプリの識別子、広告の表示・操作の記録などを自動で取得します
• 設定の取得: 運営者の設定用のデータ(Firebase Realtime Database)から、アプリの設定（審査状況、検索用の設定など）を取得します。このとき端末内のデータは送りません
• 利用者が貼り付けた公開投稿のURL: Instagram の公開ページや X の API へアクセスして、写真・動画の情報を取得します。ログインはなく、認証情報は保存しません
• 本アプリは、位置情報を使いません

端末の中だけに保存し、運営者へ送らないもの

• 履歴（写真の情報）: 端末内のデータベース(Realm)にのみ保存し、運営者へ送りません
• 保存した画像・動画の写真ライブラリへの書き込み（保存専用の権限）

2. 利用目的

• SNS上の写真・動画の閲覧と保存の機能の提供
• 広告の表示とその計測
• 不具合の調査と、アプリの維持・改善
• 利用者からのお問い合わせへの対応

3. 利用している外部サービス

本アプリは、次の外部サービスを利用します。各社が取得した情報は、各社のポリシーに従って取り扱われます。

4. 広告とトラッキングの選択

• 本アプリには広告が表示されます。広告の配信と計測のため、広告事業者が、広告ID(IDFA。iOSの「トラッキング」を許可した場合のみ)、IDFV、IPアドレス、端末情報、広告の表示・操作の記録を取得します。
• 本アプリは、iOSの「トラッキングの許可」の確認を表示しません。iOS 14.5以降では、許可の確認を経ないため広告ID(IDFA)は広告事業者に提供されません。それより前のiOSでは、端末の「広告トラッキングを制限」の設定に従います。
• 許可の変更は、iOSの「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」からいつでも行えます。

5. 第三者への提供・外国への移転

運営者は、次の場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。(1) 利用者の同意がある場合、(2) 法令に基づく場合、(3) 人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要で、本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合、(4) 国の機関等の法令上の事務に協力する必要がある場合、(5) 合併その他の事業の承継に伴う場合。

上の外部サービスの事業者は、米国をはじめ日本国外にサーバーや拠点を置くことがあります。これらの事業者へ情報が送られる場合、その情報は各社のポリシーに従い、日本国外で取り扱われることがあります。また、広告の事業者は、広告の配信・計測のために独自に情報を取得・利用します。上の外部サービスへの情報の送信は、運営者がサービスの提供のために委託する形、または各事業者が自らの目的で直接取得する形で行われます。

6. 保存期間と削除

• 端末内のデータは、アプリを削除すると消えます。運営者のサーバーに利用者のデータは保管しません。
• 外部サービスが保有する情報の保管期間は、各社の方針に従います。

7. 安全管理

運営者は、取得した情報の漏えい、滅失、毀損を防ぐため、アクセスの制限やアクセス記録など、必要かつ適切な安全管理の措置を講じます。ただし、インターネットを通じた送信の完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。

9. 法令の遵守と本ポリシーの変更

運営者は、個人情報の保護に関する法律その他の関係法令を守ります。本ポリシーは、必要に応じて変更することがあり、重要な変更は本ページで知らせます。

PhotoAround Lite Privacy Policy

Around (the "Operator") sets out below how information about users is handled in PhotoAround Lite (the "App").

1. Information we collect

• Diagnostics: crash/error reports and device/OS information (Crashlytics). The App also includes Firebase components (including analytics), so the app instance ID and device/OS information may be sent automatically
• Advertising: ad providers automatically collect the IP address, device/app identifiers and records of ad impressions/interactions
• Configuration: the App fetches settings (such as review status and search settings) from the Operator's Firebase Realtime Database. On-device data is not sent
• Public post URLs you paste: the App accesses public Instagram pages and X's API to fetch photo/video information. There is no sign-in and no credentials are stored
• The App does not use location services

Kept only on your device (not sent to us)

• History (photo information): stored only in the on-device database (Realm) and not sent to the Operator
• Writing saved images/videos to your photo library (save-only permission)

2. How we use information

• Providing viewing and saving of photos/videos on social networks
• Showing ads and measuring them
• Investigating bugs and maintaining/improving the App
• Responding to inquiries

3. Third-party services used

The App uses the following services. Information collected by each provider is handled under that provider's own policy.

4. Advertising and tracking choices

• The App shows ads. For delivery and measurement, ad providers collect the advertising ID (IDFA, only if you allow tracking in iOS), IDFV, IP address, device information, and records of ad impressions and interactions.
• The App does not show the iOS tracking permission prompt. On iOS 14.5 and later, the advertising ID (IDFA) is not available to ad providers without that permission. On earlier iOS versions, your device's "Limit Ad Tracking" setting applies.
• You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

5. Disclosure to third parties and transfers abroad

We do not provide personal information to third parties except (1) with your consent, (2) where required by law, (3) where necessary to protect life, body or property and obtaining consent is difficult, (4) where cooperation with a public authority is legally required, or (5) in connection with a merger or business succession.

The providers listed above may operate servers or offices outside Japan, including in the United States, and information sent to them may be handled outside Japan under their policies. Advertising providers collect and use information on their own account for ad delivery and measurement. Information is sent to the services above either as processing the Operator entrusts for providing the service, or as collection by each provider directly for its own purposes.

6. Retention and deletion

• On-device data is removed when you delete the App. The Operator stores no user data on its servers.
• Retention at third-party services follows each provider's policy.

7. Security

The Operator takes necessary and appropriate measures, such as access restrictions and access logging, to prevent leakage, loss or damage of the information it holds. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Compliance and changes
