Around（以下「運営者」）は、TwiMedia（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、次のとおり定めます。

1. 取得する情報

• Xの投稿のURL・投稿ID: 利用者が貼り付けた投稿の動画・サムネイルを取得するため、投稿ID・短縮URLをXのサーバーへ送ります。投稿の本文・URL・IDは、アプリの計測やクラッシュ報告には含めません
• 利用状況: 取得・保存・広告・使い方の完了などの操作の種類と結果(成功・失敗の種類、所要時間など)、広告の収益情報(広告ネットワーク名・広告枠・収益額)、トラッキング許可の結果、ご意見の送信の有無(本文は含みません)、アプリのインスタンスID、端末・OSの情報、アプリの初回起動・セッションなどの自動のイベント(Firebase Analytics。広告IDを扱わない構成で、画面の自動計測はオフ。Firebase がIDFVを扱う場合があります)
• 不具合の情報: クラッシュ情報、端末・OSの情報、インストールID(Firebase Crashlytics)
• 設定値の取得: インストールID、アプリの版・ビルド番号(Firebase Remote Config)
• 公開版の確認: アプリのBundle IDとIPアドレスをAppleに送ります
• 広告関連: 広告の事業者が、広告ID(IDFA。iOSの「トラッキング」を許可した場合のみ)、IDFV、IPアドレス、端末情報、広告の表示・操作の記録を取得します
• ご意見の送信: 設定の「ご意見の送信」から送ったときだけ、本文、(任意の)メールアドレス、アプリの版・ビルド、iOSの版、端末の機種名(型番)、アプリの言語、送信日時を、運営者が管理するデータベース(Cloud Firestore)に送ります。メールアドレスは、返事を希望する場合のみ入力でき、返事のためだけに使います
• 本アプリは、位置情報(GPSなど)を使いません。ただし、分析・広告のサービスはIPアドレスから大まかな地域を推定することがあります

端末の中だけに保存し、運営者へ送らないもの

• 履歴: 見た投稿の投稿ID、投稿者名・ハンドル、日時、種別、小さなサムネイル。端末の中だけに置き、外へ送りません。端末のバックアップから外してあり、設定と履歴の画面から全部消せます。設定の「履歴を残さない」をオンにすると作りません
• 設定(履歴を残さないスイッチなど)
• 取得した動画・画像: 利用者が操作したときだけ、写真ライブラリに書き込みます(写真への「追加」の権限を使います)。運営者へは送りません

2. 利用目的

• 投稿のURLからの動画・画像の取得と、再生・履歴などの機能の提供
• 利用状況の分析、不具合の調査、アプリの維持・改善、設定値の提供
• 全画面広告の表示とその計測
• ご意見への対応(返事を希望された場合の返信を含む)
• 不正な利用の防止

3. 利用している外部サービス

本アプリは、次の外部サービスを利用します。各社が取得した情報は、各社のポリシーに従って取り扱われます。

広告は AppLovin MAX を通じて、Google AdMob と Unity Ads から配信されます。

4. 広告とトラッキングの選択

• 本アプリには広告が表示されます。広告の配信と計測のため、広告事業者が、広告ID(IDFA。iOSの「トラッキング」を許可した場合のみ)、IDFV、IPアドレス、端末情報、広告の表示・操作の記録を取得します。
• 初回の使い方のあとに、iOSの「トラッキングの許可」の確認が表示されます。どちらを選んでも、アプリの機能は同じように使えます。許可しない場合、広告IDは使われません。ただし、広告IDを使わない形での広告の取得・分析・不具合の報告に必要な情報の送信は続きます。
• 許可の変更は、iOSの「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」からいつでも行えます。
• 分析（Firebase Analytics）と不具合の報告（Crashlytics）は、アプリ内に止めるスイッチはありません。停止を希望される場合は、アプリを削除するか、下記のお問い合わせへご連絡ください。

5. 第三者への提供・外国への移転

運営者は、次の場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。(1) 利用者の同意がある場合、(2) 法令に基づく場合、(3) 人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要で、本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合、(4) 国の機関等の法令上の事務に協力する必要がある場合、(5) 合併その他の事業の承継に伴う場合。

上の外部サービスの事業者は、米国をはじめ日本国外にサーバーや拠点を置くことがあります。これらの事業者へ情報が送られる場合、その情報は各社のポリシーに従い、日本国外で取り扱われることがあります。また、広告の事業者は、広告の配信・計測のために独自に情報を取得・利用します。上の外部サービスへの情報の送信は、運営者がサービスの提供のために委託する形、または各事業者が自らの目的で直接取得する形で行われます。

6. 保存期間と削除

• 履歴などの端末内のデータは、アプリを削除するか、アプリ内で削除すると消えます。
• ご意見(本文・メールアドレスなど)は、対応と改善に必要な間保管し、不要になったときに削除します。削除を希望される場合は、下記のお問い合わせにご連絡ください。
• Firebase Crashlytics の不具合情報は、約90日間保管されたのち削除の手続きに入ります。その他の外部サービスの保管期間は、各社の方針に従います。

7. 安全管理

運営者は、取得した情報の漏えい、滅失、毀損を防ぐため、アクセスの制限やアクセス記録など、必要かつ適切な安全管理の措置を講じます。ただし、インターネットを通じた送信の完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。

8. Xのウェブページの読み込みについて

動画を取得できない場合の予備の方法として、アプリは画面に出さない形で、Xの投稿のウェブページ（x.com）を読み込むことがあります。このとき、投稿ID、IPアドレス、ブラウザの情報、ページ内でX自身のスクリプトが集める情報がXに送られます。Cookieは保存されず（アプリを終了すると消えます）、Xの計測・ログ送信を止める設定を入れていますが、すべてを止められる保証はありません。Xによる情報の取り扱いは、Xのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

本アプリは、X Corp. とは関係のない、独立したアプリです。

9. お問い合わせ・開示・削除の請求

10. 法令の遵守と本ポリシーの変更

運営者は、個人情報の保護に関する法律その他の関係法令を守ります。本ポリシーは、必要に応じて変更することがあり、重要な変更は本ページで知らせます。

TwiMedia Privacy Policy

Around (the "Operator") sets out below how information about users is handled in TwiMedia (the "App").

1. Information we collect

• X post URLs/IDs: to fetch the video and thumbnail of a post you paste, the post ID and short URL are sent to X's servers. Post text, URLs and IDs are not included in the App's analytics or crash reports
• Usage: types and results of operations such as fetching, saving, ads and onboarding (success/failure type, duration), ad revenue information (ad network name, ad unit, revenue amount), the tracking-permission result, whether feedback was sent (not its content), app instance ID, device/OS information, and automatic events such as first open and sessions (Firebase Analytics, in a configuration that does not handle the advertising ID; automatic screen tracking is off; Firebase may handle the IDFV)
• Diagnostics: crash information, device/OS information, installation ID (Firebase Crashlytics)
• Configuration: installation ID, app version/build number (Firebase Remote Config)
• Published-version check: the App's bundle ID and IP address are sent to Apple
• Advertising: ad providers collect the advertising ID (IDFA, only if you allow tracking), IDFV, IP address, device information and records of ad impressions/interactions
• Feedback: only when you send feedback from Settings, the message, an optional email address, app version/build, iOS version, device model identifier, app language, and send time are sent to a database managed by the Operator (Cloud Firestore). The email address is optional, for replies only
• The App does not use location services such as GPS. However, analytics and advertising services may infer an approximate region from your IP address

Kept only on your device (not sent to us)

• History: post IDs, author names/handles, dates, types and small thumbnails of posts you viewed. Kept only on your device, never sent out, excluded from device backups, and deletable from Settings and the History screen. Turn on "Don't keep history" in Settings to stop creating it
• Settings (such as the "Don't keep history" switch)
• Fetched videos/images: written to your photo library only when you act (using the add-to-photos permission). Not sent to the Operator

2. How we use information

• Fetching videos/images from post URLs and providing playback, history and related features
• Usage analysis, bug investigation, maintaining/improving the App, and delivering configuration
• Showing full-screen ads and measuring them
• Handling feedback (including replies when requested)
• Preventing abusive use

3. Third-party services used

The App uses the following services. Information collected by each provider is handled under that provider's own policy.

Ads are delivered through AppLovin MAX from Google AdMob and Unity Ads.

4. Advertising and tracking choices

• The App shows ads. For delivery and measurement, ad providers collect the advertising ID (IDFA, only if you allow tracking in iOS), IDFV, IP address, device information, and records of ad impressions and interactions.
• After the first-run guide, iOS asks whether to allow tracking. The App's features work the same either way. If you decline, the advertising ID is not used; however, information needed for ad requests, analytics and crash reports that does not use the advertising ID continues to be sent.
• You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• There is no in-app switch to turn off analytics (Firebase Analytics) or crash reporting (Crashlytics). To stop them, delete the App or contact us below.

5. Disclosure to third parties and transfers abroad

We do not provide personal information to third parties except (1) with your consent, (2) where required by law, (3) where necessary to protect life, body or property and obtaining consent is difficult, (4) where cooperation with a public authority is legally required, or (5) in connection with a merger or business succession.

The providers listed above may operate servers or offices outside Japan, including in the United States, and information sent to them may be handled outside Japan under their policies. Advertising providers collect and use information on their own account for ad delivery and measurement. Information is sent to the services above either as processing the Operator entrusts for providing the service, or as collection by each provider directly for its own purposes.

6. Retention and deletion

• On-device data such as history is removed when you delete the App or delete it within the App.
• Feedback (message, email address, etc.) is kept while needed for handling and improvement and deleted when no longer needed. To request deletion, contact us below.
• Crashlytics diagnostics are kept for about 90 days before deletion starts. Retention at other providers follows each provider's policy.

7. Security

The Operator takes necessary and appropriate measures, such as access restrictions and access logging, to prevent leakage, loss or damage of the information it holds. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Loading X web pages

As a fallback when a video cannot be fetched, the App may load the X post web page (x.com) in a hidden view. In that case, the post ID, IP address, browser information and information collected by X's own scripts on the page are sent to X. Cookies are not retained (they are cleared when the app quits), and we block X's analytics/logging requests, but we cannot guarantee that all are blocked. X's handling of information is governed by X's privacy policy.

This App is an independent app and is not affiliated with X Corp.

10. Compliance and changes
